    Return Policy

    ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

    Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date that you receive it (according to your tracking number). To request a free shipping label, email simplybeeboutique@gmail.com ATTN: RETURNS. Please include your order number and items you would like to return. Attach the free shipping return label to your package and drop at any USPS location. Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a refund of the item, less shipping, will be issued within 5-10 business days, in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

    Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact + unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued. Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a refund of the item, less shipping, will be issued within 5-10 business days, in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

    Customized Items: All personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

    FRAUDULENT CHARGES: Due to the high volume of fraudulent charges, refunds will NOT be given.  We take all fraudulent activities seriously. However, please be aware that we do not provide refunds in cases where charges are confirmed to be fraudulent. It is important to report any suspicious activity promptly, and we will work with the relevant authorities to investigate and resolve such issues. Our priority is to protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our services, but unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued under these circumstances.

    Because our inventory is constantly changing, we do not do exchanges. If you are wanting to exchange an item, we recommend you to purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return.
